How to Request a Return for Refund an Item

1- Go to your “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard
2- Visit the “ORDERS” section and select your order for a refund
3- Click the “REFUND” button and select product for refund


4- Select the reason for the refund and click on the “SUBMIT REQUEST” button

Note: Once You place the request, you should wait for at least 24 hours to receive your return label in Your email. If you do not receive the email, please be sure to check your junk box.

How to Request a Return for Exchange an Item

1- Go to your “MY ACCOUNT” dashboard
2- Visit the “ORDERS” section and select your order for exchange
3- Click the “EXCHANGE” button and select product for refund


4- After then click on “CHOOSE PRODUCTS” and select your exchange item


5- Click on the “VIEW ORDER” and “SUBMIT REQUEST” button

Return Period and Return Shipping

All orders are eligible for free returns returns within 30 days of the date you received the order. All orders are eligible for free returns. Please reach out to us for returns and exchanges.

please note that items which are customized with logos or personal engraving cannot be returned for an exchange or for refund. There is no exception to this policy.

 

Customized Orders

Customized orders are not eligible for return. Customized orders include those with personal engraving, embroidered logos or any other customized printing options we offer. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

How do i start a return?

Please reach out to returns@royalthreadsca.com with your order number. You will receive a pre-paid return label in the email. Please allow 4-6 hours to receive the return label.

Are there restocking fees?

There are no restocking fees for orders returned in the original condition with the original packaging, tags and labels, returned within 30days of receiving the order. If the packaging is damaged and tags and labels have been removed a restocking fee, up to 20% may be assessed and is deducted from the refund.

Please do not return items after “using” them. If the returned item is determined to be “used” a restocking fee of Up to 70% may be charged. We classify an item as used if it shows visible signs of wear and tear or have a strong scent and cannot be resold.

For orders over $500 (returned to us) a default $50 return processing fee is charged.

For orders over $200 (returned to us) a default $20 return processing fee is charged.

For products used for theatrical, rehearsals or costume purposes a restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged if the product is determined to be used.

Are customers able to request Return-less refunds?

No.

Items must be returned for a refund or exchange. The return label we provide must show the package has been returned to us as proof that the return has been received. The exchange or refund will be issued within 48 hours of the return package being delivered to us.

 

Can customers use their own return labels/postage? 

Yes. You can use your own return labels/postage to return items. If you do not use the return label we provided for return the items, and you have not received confirmation from us, about your refund or exchange within 48 hours of the return package being delivered to us, please reach out to us and provide us the return package tracking number which shows the return package has been delivered to us. If a customer uses their own return label/postage, and fails to provide return package tracking which shows the return package has been delivered to us, it will result in a no refund or exchange.
