You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party, for termination, suspension or modification of the terms and conditions.We may also without notice terminate your access to our services. Our users may also post comments about our products and services. You agree that we are not responsible for material submitted to Royal Threads by its users. It is at our discretion to remove any comment or publication by our users, without notice and without any explanation. We may disclose content posted by users to abide by legal requirements or law enforcement.

We are not responsible for the deletion, alteration or failure to store postings, content or other information submitted by you or other users to our Service. You agree to not submit content that is copyrighted.

We may, at our discretion, not process an order, or cancel an order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.  We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. We will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
If we feel our reasonable return policy has been abused, we may not accept returns or exchanges of our products.

We try to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we warrant that discerption might be inaccurate or incomplete in certain circumstances. If you believe a product is not as described, you’re sole remedy is to return the product. We may cancel orders where we realize a pricing error has occurred.

For orders placed internationally, there may be duties and taxes occurring. We are not responsible for those changes and those charges are not refundable.

YOUR CORRESPONDENCE AND BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH OTHERS FOUND THROUGH OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND ANY TERMS, CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH DEALINGS, ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY.

We are committed to ensuring accuracy in product reviews our customers leave for products purchased on our website in order to ensure customers are able to make an informed decision before purchasing a product. As long as the product review meets our guidelines, we do not remove legitimate product reviews to artificially manipulate the product’s ranking or intentionally manipulate the overall impression of a product. Products which have earned a low rating/product reviews may be wholly or partially (a particular color or size) be removed from the website in order to create the best possible customer experience. If a new or improved version of a product is introduced, the reviews corresponding to the old product or version may be removed.

Please follow these guidelines when writing product reviews:

Remember that the purpose of submitting a product review is to provide insight for other customers who are considering purchasing the product.The review is for the relevant product.The review should be centered on the productbeing reviewed and/or an actual experience using that product.The review should not address customer service, shipping or purchase matters.Do not use obscenities, defamatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forumWrite email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact informationPost prices, advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, websites, or competitors

 

Transaction Risk Assessment and Fraud detection

 

We reserve the right to evaluate or review any individual order for fraud risks. This may include evaluating or reviewing the transaction for a potential fraudulent purchase using an unauthorized debit/credit card or other risks. If we deem the order proposes a higher level of fraud risk, we may contact the customer VIA the information provided in the order to confirm the details of the order and confirm that the order is placed by an authorized person for the particular debit/credit card.

If we deem the transaction to be risky or we are not able to confirm the details of the order with you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the order in full.

 

The 3 Days Shipping Guarantee suspension

If we reach out to the customer to confirm the details of the order/transaction and we do not receive a response within a reasonable time frame to fulfill the order on time, the 3 days shipping guarantee may be suspended for that particular order. The guarantee may also be suspended if we are not able to reach out to the customer given the information provided in the order.
