What are my shipping options?

For US and Canada:

Free Standard shipping: Free shipping on any order (no minimum order amount). 

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $13.99 for first item + 3.99 for each additional item. 

When will my order be shipped and received?

- Express orders are shipped within 18 hours and are delivered in 1-2 business days.

Express orders are shipped with UPS Next day order, 2nd day air or DHL Express.

- Standard Orders (Free shipping) are shipped within 3-4 business days and delivered in 7-8 business days.

Standard orders are shipped with UPS ground or USPS priority mail.

 

NOTE: Order Cut off time

We are in eastern standard time zone (new York/Toronto) and ship orders Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 4:00PM). Express orders received by 12:00PM will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM will ship the next business day. 

 

How will I know my order is shipped? 

As soon as you place an order you will get an order confirmation email. When the order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number.

 

 

Where is my order shipped from? 

Your order will be shipped from our shipping point in New York or our warehouse in Canada. 

 

Where can I find my order if I cant find the confirmation email? 

Simply login to your account, and click on the orders tab to check the status of your order. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship to all countries in Europe, North America, South America and Australia. Rest assured all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered duty paid) so you will not be surprised with any duties or taxes payable at delivery.

 

How are international orders shipped? 

International orders are shipped with DHL (DDP) and APC logistics (DDP).
