Return Policy

Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery using the prepaid return label we provide. Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, your refund or exchange will be issued within 24 hours.

Return eligibility

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, with the original packaging, tags and labels.
• The item must be free from visible wear, damage and strong odors.

Restocking fees

There is no restocking fee for eligible items returned in their original condition. If packaging is damaged or tags and labels are missing, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund. Items showing visible signs of use, wear or strong odors that prevent resale may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 70%. Items used for theatrical, rehearsal or costume purposes may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Using your own return postage

You may use your own return postage, but you must provide tracking that confirms delivery to us. We cannot issue a refund or exchange without proof that the return was received.
